Terms & Conditions

BOOKING, DEPOSIT and PAYMENT.

When booking, a deposit of 33.3% of the total is required. Until we receive this deposit any reservation is considered to be provisional and may be varied or cancelled without prior notice. The balance is due 4 weeks before the start of your holiday. Bookings made less than 4 weeks before arrival date shall be paid in full when booking.

We will acknowledge receipt for any payment and confirm your booking. Payment can be made by Cheque or Pay Pal.

No information you give us will be given to anyone else or any company.

CANCELLATION by you.

In the event of cancellation please advise us immediately. Every effort will be made to re-let the cottage and return your payment less a small handling charge. If we are unable to re-let, your payment will be forfeited. We recommend you take out a holiday insurance.

CANCELLATION by us.

In the unlikely event of cancellation by us at any time prior to the start of the holiday your payment will be refunded in full. We will also try to find alternative accommodation should you request us to do so.

THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE occupying cottages must not exceed the capacity stated unless by prior arrangement.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

The property is not available until 3.00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure, to allow changeover for the next guests. Should you wish to vary this for a specific reason we will help if possible.

CLEANING, DAMAGE, BREAKAGES

The properties should be left clean and in the same good condition as found. We ask you to report any damage or breakages. Non-trivial damage will be charged for. We reserve the right to charge for 'excessive' cleaning, missing or broken items.

PETS

We accept well-behaved pets. They should not be left alone in the cottages, and their owners are held completely responsible for any injury, loss or damage incurred.
